Just when we thought Hizumi couldn’t inspire us any more, this happens;
He’s annouced that his moved into designing!

He has started a new project titled “UMBRELLA”, the official site of which can be found here

HIZUMI will be not only act as an illustrator, but he will also focus on various different aspects of design. The project’s website says that there will be even a musical part of the project, but it is currently described as “coming soon”.

Unshin Launch debut album ‘Waltz for Broken Dolls’.

Unshin will launch their debut album Waltz for Broken Dolls on September 3rd at Bloomsbury Lanes in London. The event will be held in collaboration with Japan Underground

The band is currently touring the UK to promote this concept album, which tells the story of a young girl’s struggle under the pressures of a Japanese society, and their official launch party will take place on September 3rd. The launch event will be in partnership with the music event Japan Underground, and will take place at Bloomsbury Lanes in Russell Square, London. Unshin will perform the whole of the album, including animations, and other music guests are expected to be announced for the event.

Waltz for Broken Dolls is available digitally from iTunes and Amazon, while the CD itself can be ordered at Unshin’s official website.
